Profile: Woei Hern is the executive creative director of ensemble worldwide, the creative arm of IPG Mediabrands. In 12 months, ensemble was awarded as Mumbrella’s SEA Emerging Agency of the Year.He has judged for the New York Festivals and Malaysian Effies, and is currently a mentor for the Malaysian Global Innovation Center (MaGIC) Social Enterprise Accelerator programme.
