After 14 years with top-tier agencies JWT, McCann, Ogilvy and Bozell, he has since leveraged this strong foundation in the global media industry, across Asia Pacific and Europe with Times Publishing Forbes, CNBC, MTV and The Economist. Recognised for his expertise in planning, media research and media-marketing techniques he has been the strategic tactician driving several dynamic trade advertising campaigns and high-impact marketing initiatives, besides achieving noticeable readership audience growth results. In 1995-96, his analysis of the methodological flaws in Nielsen’s Asian Profiles radically altered the Asian regional media research scenario. A regular speaker at regional seminars, he has been active on several industry bodies including CASBAA (Cable & Satellite Broadcasters Assn), Audit Bureau of Circulations, and SOPA (Publishers Society of Asia).
